(last updated January 2024)PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT ON OUR APPLICATION When you use the QPE Assistant application, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including details about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies stored on your device. As you navigate within the application, we also gather information about the specific features or content you interact with. This automatically collected information is referred to as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information through various technologies:

- Log files: Record actions on the application, collecting data such as your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- Web beacons, tags, and pixels: Electronic files used to record information about your application usage.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
- We use Entity Information to maintain details about the sites, facilities, and organizations created within the QPE Assistant application.
- Communicate with you and other users.
- Collect weather information from NOAA based on the provided grid coordinates.
- Provide you with information or advertising related to our products or services, in line with your preferences.
We share Device and Entity Information with third parties for the purposes mentioned above. For example, we use Google Maps for geolocation within our software and Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the application. Third-party service providers are required to treat this information confidentially and securely.
We may also share information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to legal requests, or protect our rights. Digame Systems does not sell, trade, or lease Device or Entity Information to third parties.
DO NOT TRACK
Please note that we do not change our data collection and usage practices in response to Do Not Track signals from your browser.
DATA RETENTION
You retain ownership of content created or stored by you. Digame Systems retains Device and Entity Information as long as you remain a customer and subsequently only for the period necessary to fulfill outlined purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to request deletion of your personal information and disclosure of the information collected about you. To exercise these rights, contact us via email at support@digamesystems.com. We do not discriminate for the exercise of your rights.
MINORS
The QPE Assistant application is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, do not use Digame Systems’ services, as we do not knowingly process personal information from individuals under 18.
CHANGES
This policy is effective January 2024. We may update it from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
