Ver. 0.97 - 4/15/24
- Enhanced Sites Map -- The Sites Map View is now available under the "Sites" top level menu. The Map has been enhanced, where the color of the map markers now indicates the predicted arrival time of the latest upcoming QPE. This allows you to see at a glance which sites might require a pre-event inspection.
- Readability Improvements -- The weekly QPE events table in all windows now uses a larger font. Table layouts have been widened to handle multiple display resolutions.
- User-Selectable Notification Time -- Under the "Account" link, users who have email notifications active can now select the hour at which their notification is issued. This might be helpful for those working on a different schedule where the default, 8AM notification is not convenient. Notification time is set on a 24Hr clock. (6AM = 06:00, 1PM = 13:00)
- Fixed issue where clusters of closely spaced sites could bias map center point.
Ver. 0.96 - 4/8/24
- Performance Improvements! -- Forecasts for user sites are now automatically updated hourly, ensuring your forecasts are always up to date with the latest from the NWS. Now when you log in, we already have the data waiting for you! This greatly improves performance when generating reports for large numbers of sites.
- New graphical overview in new menu entry: QPE Map
- Map Markers are colored blue if there is an upcoming QPE for that site
- Clicking the marker brings up an 'Info Window' with a quick view of the weekly QPE activity
- Clicking on the 'Site Forecast History' link in the 'Info Window' brings you to a new page which allows you to search the history of QPE reports for that site. (Feature in progress)
- Active Site - Clicking the "Name" link in table now linked to "Site Forecast History Page"
- New "Update" button in table for site update page
Ver. 0.95 - 3/28/24
- Added a new feature to allow users see a graphical overview of their active site locations
- App attempts to scale the map to include all sites. -- Known issue: If there is an isolated site well away from a cluster of other sites, the map center will be biased in the direction of the cluster.
- Clicking on a marker in the overview graph will take you to the 'Refine Site Details' page for that site.
